Field Reimbursement Manager - Remote

Overview

The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) at McKesson is responsible for managing an assigned territory to support Reimbursement and Patient services, assisting with patient reimbursement challenges for a specific drug, and educating physician offices on available services.

• Manage an assigned territory focused on patient reimbursement challenges.
• Provide assistance with Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, Claims Assistance, and Appeals.
• Educate office staff on Payer landscape and support services.
• Engage in both remote and on-site training with physician offices.
• Interact with providers and internal staff to arrange appointments and trainings.
• Collaborate with case managers on reimbursement support.
• Monitor program performance and report findings to clients.
• Track all interactions in the FRM CRM system.
• Travel required, up to 80% of the time.
• Strong customer service and presentation skills are essential.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Entry-level experience in project management.
• Minimum of 8 years of healthcare-related reimbursement experience.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare and Commercial insurance plans.
• Proven experience in customer service and presentation.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer literacy, including PowerPoint and Web Meeting.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous field experience and account management experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
