Demand Generation Manager - Remote

Overview

The Demand Generation Manager will develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive growth in the North American market, focusing on paid media and analytics.

In Short

• Develop and scale demand campaigns across various paid media channels.
• Build and manage outbound email engines leveraging intent data.
• Own marketing automation within HubSpot Enterprise.
• Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts.
• Track MQLs, SQLs, and Cost/MQL using analytics tools.
• Partner with the team to optimize conversion through A/B testing.
• Identify and test new marketing channels.

Requirements

• 4–7 years in Demand Generation or Growth in the U.S. B2B SaaS ecosystem.
• History of long-term commitment in previous roles.
• Fluency in conversion math and ROAS.
• Deep experience with HubSpot, SEM platforms, and Paid Social.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with intent data is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in an asynchronous environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills to address HR challenges.
