• Lead inbound and outbound demand generation efforts.
• Own strategy, execution, and performance of demand generation programs.
• Develop scalable demand generation strategies and execute hands-on campaigns.
• Plan and execute omnichannel campaigns across the full sales funnel.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize results.
• Collaborate with Sales to align on target accounts and campaign priorities.
• Manage vendor relationships related to demand generation.
• Leverage AI tools for campaign creation and performance optimization.
• Track and analyze campaign data for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing.
• Hands-on experience executing B2B marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data.
• Experience improving landing page and campaign conversion rates.
• Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience targeting enterprise organizations.
• Preferred experience in SaaS or startup environments.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
