Overview

As a Senior Data Scientist at OneStudyTeam, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Reify Health’s data-driven solutions for clinical trials, driving the development of statistical models and machine learning algorithms to improve patient enrollment and trial management.

In Short

• Develop and enhance forecasting models for site randomization and enrollment trends.
• Support projects to build patient matching/ranking algorithms for clinical trials.
• Create and refine predictive models to address clinical trial challenges.
• Implement processes to monitor machine learning models for bias detection.
• Build and optimize data pipelines using tools like AWS Athena and Redshift.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into products.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on data science or analytics experience.
• Strong foundation in statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
• Proficiency in evaluating model performance and bias.
• Advanced programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with cloud-based analytics and ML services, especially AWS.
• Experience working with sensitive healthcare or clinical trial data.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Understanding of clinical research or health-tech environments.
