• Starting salary of $3,000 - $4,000 based on qualifications and experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong foundation in UX/UI principles and tools like Figma.
• Intermediate English level and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to research and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Independent problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with design systems and rapid prototyping.
• Experience with After Effects and Illustrator is a plus.
• Passionate about the startup environment and eager to learn.
• Accountable for your own time in a fully remote environment.
• Ability to work on various client projects across different industries.
