IT Systems Administrator - Remote

Overview

As an IT Systems Administrator at OnePlan, you will support a fully remote team and ensure the technology environment operates smoothly, managing Microsoft 365 and ensuring security and compliance.

In Short

• Manage user accounts and licenses across Microsoft 365
• Oversee the laptop lifecycle from procurement to returns
• Respond to IT support requests and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain device security baselines and enforce MFA
• Monitor compliance and enforce IT policies
• Support compliance with SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO standards
• Coordinate during security reviews and incidents
• Maintain IT documentation and knowledgebase articles
• Collaborate with vendors on hardware issues
• Drive process improvements in IT operations

Requirements

• 3+ years of IT administration experience in a cloud-first environment
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience with Windows-based laptops in remote teams
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for remote support
• Familiarity with compliance standards
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote culture
• Detail-oriented with a focus on documentation
