In Short

• Provide timely and effective technical support to employees across all departments and locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Onboard new employees, setting up accounts and devices.
• Assist with IT-related training and documentation.
• Manage and maintain identity provider and access control systems.
• Administer user accounts and permissions in SaaS solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
• Manage small office network and monitor performance.
• Implement and maintain MDM solutions for device management.
• Monitor and respond to security events and incidents.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of networking principles and technologies.
• Experience with identity providers and access management solutions.
• Hands-on experience with managing and troubleshooting various devices.
• Familiarity with MDM solutions.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
