Overview

The Knowledge Manager at OnePay will own the creation and maintenance of internal and customer-facing documentation, driving clarity and outcomes to support the Operations team.

In Short

  • Write clear and concise documentation for internal teams and customers.
  • Build useful, accurate, and actionable knowledge.
  • Own content from start to finish, gathering input and driving timelines.
  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy of Ops-owned knowledge assets.
  • Monitor and support improvement through gap analysis and feedback.
  • Communicate with Change Management and leadership for updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Library Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in knowledge management or technical writing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with documentation and change management tools like Jira.
  • Relentless customer focus and drive for effective results.
  • Relationship management skills to support the business.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to changes.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives holistically.
  • Self-motivation and results-orientation.
  • Familiarity with operational processes in consumer banking or financial services is preferred.
