Product Designer - Remote

Overview

In Short

• Design holistic user experiences across our entire product ecosystem, from concept through to high-fidelity UI and interaction design.
• Translate product strategy and user insights into intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling designs.
• Champion modern UI/UX standards and design systems, ensuring consistency and usability across the platform.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems, explore solutions, and iterate quickly.
• Conduct and lead user research and testing, synthesizing findings into actionable insights to drive design decisions.
• Prototype ideas at varying levels of fidelity, from low-fi wireframes to polished interactive prototypes.
• Continuously improve and iterate on existing designs based on data, user feedback, and business goals.
• Stay ahead of design trends and UX best practices, bringing fresh thinking and innovation to the team.
• Mentor and support other designers, contributing to a strong, collaborative design culture.

Requirements

• Degree in Design, UX/UI, or equivalent experience.
• 3-4+ years of professional product design experience in SaaS or cloud environments.
• A strong portfolio showcasing modern UI design, UX thinking, and end-to-end product design across web and mobile platforms.
• Experience in user-centered design methodologies: user flows, journey mapping, usability testing, A/B testing, etc.
• Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe CC) and prototyping tools.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility and design systems.
• Comfortable working in agile and lean product development environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, you can clearly articulate design decisions and the rationale behind them.
• Proactive, self-organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
