Overview

As a Finance Manager at Onebrief, you will lead the financial planning process and provide strategic insights to drive performance and optimize spending.

Requirements

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a SaaS or software technology company.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Experience with SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, MRR, LTV, CAC).
• Proficiency with financial planning software and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to communicate financial insights to senior leadership.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• A collaborative mindset and experience working across teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
