Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable engagement models.
Lead change management efforts for AI/ML initiatives.

Collect and translate business requirements into actionable specifications.
Stay updated with emerging ML/AI trends and best practices.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant.
Strong understanding of AI and machine learning principles.
Proficiency with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a global, cross-functional team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Certifications in business analysis or data science are a bonus!
