The Senior Vice President, Marketing/Loyalty will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a comprehensive marketing and loyalty strategy aimed at driving new customer acquisition, customer retention, enhancing lifetime value, and engaging our members to support our growth objectives.

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling loyalty programs.
  • Ability to think strategically about customer needs.
  • Previous experience with B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Proven track record of hiring and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to balance innovative ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in utilizing data.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
