The Staff Care Senior Specialist / Associate oversees the management and administration of staff benefits, ensuring compliance with policies and promoting employee welfare.

• Manage health insurance plans including enrollment, renewals, and sourcing new vendors when needed.
• Administer other staff benefits, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Respond to staff queries by interpreting policies and labor laws for applicable circumstances and staff welfare.
• Ensure HR Data accuracy through timely onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Maintain Google Sheets tools through regular tool health checks.
• Support strategic initiatives by leading special projects to advance global HR processes, systems, and service offerings.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in HR, Project Management, or other relevant fields.
• Project management and execution skills.
• The ability to interpret policy and balance organizational and staff interests.
• Must-have: Google Sheets / Excel expertise (Google AppScript a plus).
• The ability to work across diverse stakeholders to deliver results.
• English is required in all locations.
