Overview

Ondo Finance is seeking an experienced Senior Developer Relations Lead to build a thriving developer ecosystem for its new web3 infrastructure focused on Real World Assets.

• Lead Developer Relations for Ondo Finance's web3 initiative.
• Engage with the web3 community to grow Ondo's developer base.
• Facilitate open-source contributions and create tutorials.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Business Development teams.
• Identify and address developer needs in the infrastructure roadmap.
• Maintain relationships with web2 and web3 partners.
• Execute on a roadmap to develop novel web3 infrastructure.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 2+ years in Developer Relations at a web3 protocol.
• 2+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in web3.
• Strong communication skills with published examples of work.
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols and smart contract development.
• Experience with Cosmos SDK is a plus.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Based in PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong ownership mentality.
• Experience in the Real-World Asset space is beneficial.
