Overview

OnActuate is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive growth in technology solutions sales, focusing on relationship-building and understanding customer needs.

In Short

  • Participate in all phases of sales to new and existing clients
  • Grow client base through outbound lead generation
  • Help grow project sales for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dayforce solutions
  • Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and inside sales teams
  • Articulate the value of solutions and services
  • Work with partner teams on strategic goals
  • Build relationships to understand customer needs
  • Collect and analyze survey data for customer experience improvement
  • Represent OnActuate at conferences and summits

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of ERP or CRM systems
  • Familiarity with HCM/HRIS systems
  • Experience in commercial sector sales, especially manufacturing
  • Comfort with technology transformations and SaaS
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with business and technology teams
  • Ability to build rapport and positive relationships
  • Understanding of financial, accounting, and HR processes
  • Strong coordination skills across teams and time zones
