In Short

  • We’re hiring a SEO Account Manager to support and project manage ongoing client engagements and relationships.
  • Responsible for client retention, net revenue retention, and overall satisfaction for a portfolio of 10–20 B2B SaaS clients.
  • High autonomy and clear outcomes.
  • Reports directly to the Head of Client Success.
  • Opportunity to evolve into a team lead position.
  • Requires work hours to overlap at least 3 hours with US Eastern timezone.
  • Own client relationships and project management.
  • Collaborate with client teams on growth strategies.
  • Leverage automation and AI to streamline work.
  • Document processes and improve workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in SEO, content marketing, and CRO.
  • Agency experience is required; in-house experience at B2B software companies is a bonus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present to executives.
  • Experience with LLM search is a plus.
  • Ability to manage projects and timelines effectively.
  • High standards for self and team members.
  • Ability to mitigate risk and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and process-oriented mindset.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to take ownership and drive projects forward.
