Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketing or client-facing roles.
• Experience in healthcare or employer benefits is a plus.
• Strong analytical and creative marketing skills.
• Ability to optimize processes and manage projects effectively.
• Outstanding presentation and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
