Associate Civil Project Manager - Data Center - Remote

Overview

As an Associate Project Manager on our Data Center Civil Team, you will oversee construction administration project deliverables for large, complex projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality solutions.

• Work on large hyperscale data center campuses.
• Oversee construction administration for complex projects.
• Manage staff on technical aspects of projects.
• Ensure timely completion in accordance with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead quality assurance/quality control for construction assignments.
• Coordinate with clients and other consultants.
• Promote efficiencies in producing quality work.
• Supervise and review assignments of less experienced staff.
• Identify potential risks and implement strategies to minimize impact.
• Travel to job sites on a monthly basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of eight years of project experience.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, eBuilder, Proform, or Helix preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Professional representation of Olsson at all times.
