Associate Cloud Support Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and integrity-focused individual to join our team as an Associate Cloud Support Engineer. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow. Your role will be to support our clients, assist other support teams, and provide top-notch remote technical support.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow documented processes.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with ticketing systems and triage.
• 1+ years combined Windows or Linux system administration experience.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related discipline is a plus.
• Any Cloud Foundational certifications are a plus.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Linux including Red Hat, Centos, and Ubuntu is a plus.
• Experience with cloud-based deployments is a plus.
• Experience troubleshooting infrastructure in an enterprise environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with compliance standards for PCI, SOC-2, and HIPAA is a plus.
• Automation experience (Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, CloudFormation) is a plus.
• Experience with cloud monitoring solutions (AWS CloudWatch, Nagios, etc.) is a plus.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications would be a bonus.
• Knowledge of Cloud Services such as AWS, Azure, & GCP is a great bonus.
• Schedule rotation and covering shifts as necessary is required.
• Confidentiality and non-disclosure of client information is required.
