Supply Chain Manager - Repack & Customization - Remote

Overview

Olipop’s Supply Chain Manager- Repack & Customization will be tasked with building out a robust repack and display build program, coupled with a robust comprehension of the supply network throughout the Supply Chain. The role demands exceptional business negotiation and communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, strategic leadership, a partnership-oriented approach, and a proven track record of deploying and executing new supply chain initiatives to facilitate the rapid expansion of the business.

In Short

• Oversee repack and display build program across multiple 3pl locations.
• Coordinate production schedules and timelines with sales and planning teams.
• Lead weekly repack meetings with third party managers, planners and logistics teams.
• Collaborate with material planning team on the ordering of packaging used in repacking and display building.
• Monitor inventory levels across multiple FG warehouses.
• Anticipate and communicate current and potential risks and opportunities to Senior Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the positioning and maintenance of finished goods inventories.
• Support monthly cycle counting of packaging and finished goods.
• Primary contact for all Club programs including promotions and special events.
• Support weekly and monthly KPI reporting to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Experience working in a CPG or beverage manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Proven business, negotiation, and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Supply Chain, QA, Contract Manufacturing.
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing and contract management.
• Experience working with NetSuite a plus.
• Strong understanding of production standards manual, bill of materials, etc.
• Solution-oriented problem solver and possesses a growth mindset.
• Ability to handle complex situations involving multiple SKU’s, channels, and distribution models.
• Transparent, open/honest communicator and strong relationship building skills.
• Experience working successfully with remote teams in multiple states.
