Overview

We’re seeking a talented and passionate Senior Manager to join our Email Marketing Team. The Senior Manager will be the lead for email with Global Marketing for Australia overseeing strategy, development, and execution of marketing campaigns within the region.

In Short

• Develop integrated marketing plans for key initiatives, programs, and campaigns.
• Lead email within Global Marketing for Australia from strategy down through execution.
• Be the global point of contact for local market partners in the AU region.
• Execute campaigns with pace and quality.
• Own editorial and storytelling for your campaigns.
• Work closely with the team & brand design to elevate the quality of creative.
• Be a culture carrier for the team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years experience in Email Marketing, CRM, Engagement Marketing or related roles.
• Strong leadership skills with a minimum of 3 years leading teams & developing talent.
• Experience in crypto, with a background in trading.
• Experience with exchanges. Strong knowledge of CEFI & DeFi.
• Experience with creative storytelling.
• A strong collaborator.
