Okta is The World’s Identity Company, enabling secure access and authentication across various technologies. We are looking for a Principal Executive Communications Manager to enhance our communications strategy for the Auth0 Product Unit.

In Short

• Drive communications for Auth0 Product Unit’s President and executives.
• Write and manage internal and external communications.
• Simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences.
• Establish and manage a content calendar for communications.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Measure communications effectiveness through KPIs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical and executive communications experience.
• Strong technical writing and storytelling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in Identity and Accessibility Management.
• Ability to translate complex technology into engaging content.
• Collaborative approach with executive leadership.
• Detail-oriented with project management skills.
• Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel 15% of the time.
