• Be the first point of contact for customers via email, social media, and various marketplaces.
• Answer questions about orders, products, or returns in a friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented manner.
• Contribute ideas to improve our service and help optimize customer service processes.
• Occasionally assist with creating and maintaining pages in our online shop.

Requirements

• Reliable, organized, self-motivated, and able to bring your own ideas.
• Enjoy friendly exchanges with people; empathy is your superpower.
• Identify with our themes (sexuality, self-love, diversity) and be motivated to shape our mission.
• Experience in e-commerce, customer service, and with Shopify or PlentyOne is a plus, but not a must.
