The Executive Assistant (Marketing) will play a crucial role in supporting small and medium-sized businesses by managing various operational tasks in a remote environment.

• Manage invoicing and expense entries.
• Create proposals using Bonsai.
• Manage and update HubSpot and Klaviyo.
• Develop and manage marketing emails and automation tasks.
• Maintain a clean business inbox and manage calendars.
• Write and edit content for blogs and newsletters.
• Manage social media communications.
• Research grants and opportunities.
• Conduct keyword research and manage hashtags.
• Edit video content and manage LinkedIn profiles.

Requirements

• Experience as an Operations, Executive, or Marketing VA.
• 2+ years of experience in copywriting and content creation.
• Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Proficiency in Klaviyo, HubSpot, Quickbooks, Google Suite, Calendly, and Bonsai.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.

• $1200 - $1800/mo. salary based on experience.
