As a Customer Service Representative at Offshore Launch, you will be the voice and support system for homeowners, managing communications, ensuring smooth project tracking, and helping maintain a commitment to exceptional service.

• Work in a schedule from 9AM to 5PM EST.

Requirements

• 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in trades or construction.
• Clear and confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English.
• Customer-first mindset, engaging comfortably with homeowners and teams.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software.
• Familiarity with the roofing industry is a plus.

Benefits

• $1200 - $1500/month depending on experience.
• $500 bonus at 90 days and up to $1,800 in annual performance bonus.
