Offensive Security is seeking an experienced DevOps Architect to join our team and lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable lab environments that power our industry-leading cybersecurity training and certification programs.

In Short

Design and architect complex, multi-tier lab environments supporting vulnerable machines and realistic attack scenarios.
Develop scalable infrastructure solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
Create hybrid cloud architectures that seamlessly integrate on-premises VMware and OpenStack environments.
Partner closely with Lead Platform and Content Engineers to understand technical requirements.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab for automated deployment of lab environments.
Architect and optimize multi-cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Design complex network architectures including VPNs, VLANs, and software-defined networking.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and operations teams.
Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions for lab environments.
Drive adoption of infrastructure-as-code and automated deployment practices.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
Expert-level knowledge of OpenStack and VMware vSphere.
Extensive experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
Proficiency with Terraform, CloudFormation, and configuration management tools.
8+ years of experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Architecture roles.
Strong project management and technical leadership skills.
Excellent communication abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
