Content Producer - Remote

Overview

OffSec is seeking a proactive, organized, and relationship-focused Content Producer to coordinate and manage the production of instructional online content and certifications delivered through our Learning Management System (LMS).

In Short

• Coordinate multiple content initiatives at varying stages of development.
• Manage workflows and ensure development tasks are completed on time.
• Maintain and optimize content production workflows.
• Work with editors and lab engineers to resolve quality issues.
• Utilize tracking tools to monitor progress and maintain project visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cybersecurity SMEs.
• Onboard and guide new Content Developers.
• Prepare project status updates and identify risks.
• Ensure all content projects meet deadlines.
• Develop and present regular reports on content production metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience producing educational content.
• 2-3 years of project management experience in a technical field.
• Familiarity with technical IT topics.
• Strong writing skills with familiarity in Markdown formatting.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Experience with tracking tools and dashboards.
• Experience using tools like Slack, Jira, and Confluence.
• Proficiency with G Suite.
