In Short

  • Lead referral, loyalty, and retention programs to enhance customer engagement.
  • Create data-driven lifecycle marketing campaigns for onboarding, retention, and win-back.
  • Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, and churn trends.
  • Implement and optimize email, SMS, and push notification campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams.
  • Manage CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Proven experience in lifecycle marketing or customer engagement roles.
  • Strong understanding of referral and loyalty programs.
  • Impact-driven individual wanting to make a positive difference.

Requirements

  • Experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or customer engagement.
  • Understanding of referral and loyalty programs.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Understanding of the grocery and ecommerce industries.
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance analytics.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Experience with design tools like Canva is a plus.
