  • First point of contact in the Service Desk for our customers.
  • First-level support for accepting and resolving incidents.
  • Second-level support for processing issues at the end-user level.
  • Active support in analyzing and resolving operational problems.
  • Provide systematic support for urgent customer issues.
  • Contribute to convincing solutions through technical understanding.
  • Document incidents and solutions to support company development.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant IT experience, e.g., as IT Supporter or IT Systems Electronics Technician.
  • Good knowledge of modern IT topics like current Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
  • Ideally, some knowledge in network administration.
  • Customer-oriented with initiative to support clients effectively.
  • Strong personal interest in current technological developments.
  • Fluent in German at a native level.
