Overview

As a Sales Manager at Ocumeda, you play a crucial role in acquiring and developing our business relationships. You understand the needs of our partner opticians and develop tailored solutions that drive both their success and ours.

In Short

• Develop and implement individual strategies for customer acquisition and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Identify and acquire potential key customers while maintaining existing relationships in Austria.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts in close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Regularly analyze customer needs and market trends.
• Work closely with teams in Customer Success, Product, and Marketing.

Requirements

• Experience in optometry, medical technology, or healthcare, preferably with relevant education.
• Familiarity with the Austrian optometry market.
• Initial professional experience in account management or sales management.
• Proven success in customer acquisition and relationship building.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex customer requirements into solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German; English is a plus.
• High level of self-organization and initiative, ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 40%).
