Overview

We’re looking for a Group Product Manager to help shape the future of our product organisation and deliver company-defining impact. In this high-profile leadership role, you’ll take ownership of key KPIs, lead cross-team strategy, and guide the growth of our product managers.

In Short

• Owning KPIs and outcomes: Take accountability for a set of KPIs that define success for your portfolio, ensuring they are tracked, refined, and met.
• Leading mobile app development: Initiating the creation of our first native mobile application, defining our mobile strategy from the ground up and creating a seamless user experience.
• Inspiring stakeholders: Use clear, compelling communication to align the company around priorities and progress, engaging the C-suite and broader teams.
• Developing product leaders: Coach and mentor product managers, helping them grow their craft, leadership skills, and impact.
• Shaping organisation and standards: Define roles, structures, and hiring practices that ensure product excellence across the business.
• Driving strategic initiatives: Lead high-profile, company-critical projects where outcomes have a direct impact on business performance.
• Championing adaptability: Foster a culture of learning, iteration, and evidence-based decision-making.
• Evolving operations and tooling: Improve the systems, processes, and tools that enable teams to operate with excellence.
• Managing strategic risk: Balance competing objectives across KPIs and OKRs, making thoughtful trade-offs at the portfolio level.

Requirements

• Significant experience in product management, with proven success leading teams and portfolios in high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated ability to own KPIs and deliver measurable outcomes against them.
• Track record of mentoring and developing product managers into strong leaders.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and communicating strategy and outcomes in a clear, impactful way.
• Evidence of leading complex, company-critical initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong operational mindset, with experience evolving processes, structures, and tools to scale effectively.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to assess and manage risk across competing priorities.
