Requirements

• Current License in Connecticut (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD).
• Master’s Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• At least 1 year of related post-license clinical experience.
• Preferred 2 years of experience in CBT, DBT, or trauma therapy.
• Strong clinical service thinking and evidence-informed therapy knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively through virtual platforms.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a collaborative environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
