Learning Analyst - Epic Healthy Planet & Compass Rose Trainer - Remote

Overview

The Learning Analyst delivers personalized and/or generalized learning programs that include workflow design, training, documentation, and workshops to OCHIN members, contributing to the health of rural and underserved communities.

In Short

• Deliver interactive training programs to OCHIN members.
• Perform workflow validation within the OCHIN Epic System.
• Provide feedback on training, workflows, and documentation.
• Assist in the design of new learning programs and enhancements.
• Collect and analyze member feedback for training effectiveness.
• Create engaging learning materials and documentation.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing for new members.
• Travel required for on-site training and support.
• Work collaboratively and independently on tasks.
• Support the integration of the Epic OCHIN system for members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in training and instructional design.
• Healthcare certification or experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Epic or similar applications preferred.
• Understanding of adult learning theories and methods.
• Ability to travel up to 50% nationally.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• COVID-19 vaccination required for employment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
