Overview

The Project Manager Innovation and Improvements supports OCHIN’s mission by driving the successful scoping and execution of projects, ensuring resource management across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or business analysis in healthcare.
  • Experience with cross-functional projects in healthcare preferred.
  • Familiarity with Epic or EHR systems is a plus.
  • PMP, CAPM, or similar certification preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a home office environment.
  • High-speed internet service required.
  • COVID-19 vaccination required as a condition of employment.
