Overview

The ASAP Solutions Analyst supports the mission of OCHIN by configuring and supporting clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) software for Acute Care member organizations.

In Short

  • Support clinical applications within Epic EHR.
  • Act as Level 2 technical support for ancillary products.
  • Document build specifications and complex workflows.
  • Lead trainings and mentor less experienced analysts.
  • Perform routine build and configuration in Epic ASAP.
  • Collaborate with other teams to address integration issues.
  • Provide elbow support during Go-Lives.
  • Travel for on-site software installations as needed.
  • Assist Project Managers in identifying system capabilities.
  • Provide process improvements within the application.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Epic ASAP Certification is required.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Work history in Healthcare IT is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently from home.
