Overview

Oceans is seeking highly ambitious candidates in Sri Lanka to become Accountants, working with U.S. Startups and C-Suite Executives.

In Short

• Lead all accounting and month-end close activities.
• Manage all AR/AP activities and conduct cash flow analyses.
• Ensure proper classification and categorization of items.
• Perform analytical reviews of financial statements and variance analysis.
• Prepare internal and external reporting material.
• Stay updated on technical accounting whitepapers and policy changes.
• Manage and coordinate all audit activities.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Strong accounting knowledge and experience.
• Ability to perform detailed financial analysis.
• Experience with AR/AP processes.
• Familiarity with audit processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
