Overview

The Strategy SME supports the development and implementation of the NEST Standardized Training Program (NSTP) strategy, focusing on establishing processes and procedures for a formal learning organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic planning or academic support.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Familiarity with NSTP strategy preferred.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in learning management systems and project management tools.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Q Clearance.
