Overview

This internship offers the opportunity to assist and learn key aspects of the Supply Chain operations at O-I, a leader in glass packaging.

In Short

• Assist in various Supply Chain projects including procurement and data analysis.
• Work on buying, expediting, and invoice resolution.
• Conduct spend analysis and market intelligence for sourcing events.
• Engage in material inventory tracking and business process reviews.
• Lead smaller projects and provide updates to management.
• Create and maintain key Supply Chain KPIs.
• Maintain manufacturing production schedules.
• Perform ad hoc supply chain analyses.
• Learn fundamental business processes in supply chain management.
• Collaborate in a hybrid work environment.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
• Previous internships are a plus.
