The Customer Success Enablement Manager is a strategic, people-first leader responsible for empowering NOBL’s customer-facing teams to deliver a consistently premium, effortless experience.

  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement solutions.
  • Standardize procedures across the Contact Center and Customer Success functions.
  • Foster engagement and collaboration across customer-facing teams.
  • Mentor emerging leaders and ensure clear career pathways.
  • Measure enablement program ROI through defined success metrics.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Customer Success or Operations, with 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Experience in designing training and enablement programs.
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
  • Strong operational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Master’s or CX/CS certification preferred.
