Overview

Nuvant is seeking Account Specialists to join our team. In this role, you’ll support individuals and small businesses by helping them understand and access personalized financial solutions.

In Short

• Proactively reach out to clients and handle inbound inquiries
• Discuss client goals and align solutions accordingly
• Provide clear explanations of services and next steps
• Track activity and maintain up-to-date records in CRM
• Support retention efforts through ongoing communication

Requirements

• High school diploma or college degree preferred
• Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles a plus
• Results and goal oriented
• Able to work independently in a work from home environment
