Systems Analyst II - Pharmacy Application - Remote

Overview

This is a fully remote opportunity for a Systems Analyst II responsible for the design, build, implementation, and support of IT Applications within the Nuvance Health System.

In Short

• Collaborate with business owners and serve as a liaison between departments.
• Organize and conduct meetings with staff including the physician community.
• Provide system support, troubleshooting problems, and technical expertise.
• Maintain system documentation relevant to design and functionality.
• Ensure compliance with Change Management Policies.
• Support staff by understanding workflows and industry best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24x7x365 support.
• Utilize strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Work with IT Leadership to recommend plans of action.
• Assist in assessment of current state processes and develop solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health related field or Computer Science.
• A minimum of four years experience in a healthcare setting.
• Understanding of analytical processes and proficient computer skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to team effectively with IT department members.
• Visual acuity and ability to analyze complex information.
• Attendance at vendor meetings, training, and User Group Conferences.
• Considerable demand for decision-making and judgment.
