Requirements

• Excellent technical skills and enthusiasm for using Low-Code and AI tools (e.g., Make, n8n, Cursor, Bolt, LLM APIs) to develop innovative solutions efficiently.
• Minimum BS in Computer Science or equivalent education with experience in Low-Code & AI development, ideally in Full-Stack Web Development with solid knowledge of JS/TS, relational databases, and APIs.
• High degree of autonomy: As the future Tech Lead at Nurse, you tackle problems quickly and proactively and find effective solutions independently.
• An outstanding UX and a quality focus with proactive testing are a given for you.
• Entrepreneurial drive, business sense, and a pragmatic startup mindset.
• A heart for healthcare and appreciation for caregivers.
• Residence in Switzerland and fluent German skills.
