• You will partner very closely with the founders to hit very aggressive revenue goals.
• You’ll drive the overall user growth and retention.
• Lead growth and marketing initiatives to generate and retain subscribers.
• Build out our brand to become a household name.
• Drive subscriber acquisition on and off-platform.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in B2C subscription growth marketing.
• An entrepreneurial outlook; you’re VERY comfortable in a “startup” environment.
• Owner mentality and quick to get your hands dirty.
• Deep exposure to performance marketing across Google, FB, TikTok, etc.
• The ability to leverage data, manipulate data and extract insights.
• Experience testing and scaling every type of growth & marketing channel.
• Hypothesis-guided skills to prioritize ideas against resources.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to quickly take a thought and turn it into execution.
