Requirements

• +90% English written and oral (at least B2 level)
• 3+ years of expertise with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• At least 1 Salesforce certification required
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, REST API integrations
• Ability to serve as a Salesforce Subject Matter Expert
• Experience with Salesforce platform security best-practices
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Ability to break down business requests into manageable steps
