In Short

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software features and enhancements for the client’s Platform using .NET/C#
• Solve complex technical challenges, ensuring robust and scalable solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the platform
• Collaborate closely with the Product, QA, and Customer Success teams
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems
• Optimize and maintain internal administration and billing systems
• Continuously improve the platform by researching and implementing new technologies
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and accounting teams

Requirements

• +90% English written and oral (at least B2 level) with excellent communication skills
• 3 years of hands-on software development experience with C# and .NET
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL, Azure, and business intelligence
• Experience in telephony engineering or the contact center industry is a plus
• Proficient in debugging, diagnosing, and solving complex technical problems
• Strong understanding of software development principles and design patterns
• Experience with modern development practices, including CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and development
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
