Overview

The Senior Associate Business Analyst at NTT DATA is responsible for bridging the gap between business problems and technology solutions, working closely with internal and external clients to define and implement effective solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Technology.
• Moderate experience as a Business Analyst in a technology services environment.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of project management methodology.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Familiarity with systems like ServiceNow, Siebel, Remedy, or SAP is advantageous.
• Project management certification is a plus.
• Professional in Business Analysis certification preferred.
• IIBA Membership required.
