• Seeking a highly-motivated, strategic and data-driven Senior Associate, Business Analytics.
• Elevate how insights shape food assortment and drive business outcomes.
• Link performance of food and recipe assortment to key financial metrics.
• Identify trends across customer segments to attract and retain customers.
• Collaborate with Food Experience, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
• Hands-on role requiring deep understanding of SQL and data analysis.
• Assess financial impact of products on metrics like reorder rates.
• Lead proactive analysis of market trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvements across processes, tools, and reporting.
• Work in a remote-first environment with a focus on team connection.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in strategic analytics or data analytics.
• Experience using and building dashboards in Looker or similar BI tools.
• Advanced SQL skills with ability to create new tables/schemas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized project manager with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a record of academic excellence.
