Global Client Manager (IP Transit) - Remote

Overview

The Global Client Manager (GCM) at NTT DATA is responsible for generating new revenue from high bandwidth IP transit services, focusing on both new and existing customer accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Generate new sales consistent with monthly targets.
• Prepare commercial and technical service proposals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key business executives.
• Work closely with Sales Engineering and Customer Solutions teams.
• Manage account needs and drive incremental new revenue.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
• Experience selling high bandwidth connections to ISPs and Internet-centric companies.
• Familiarity with IP transit network and its customers.
• Good understanding of global IP networks and service providers.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of high-tech sales experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prepare and deliver structured customer proposals.
• Flexibility to work outside of standard hours.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in developing complex multi-component business solutions.
• Track record of over-achieving sales quotas.
• Ability to work efficiently with various teams.
• Familiarity with unique technical requirements of IP Transit customers.
