Global Client Manager (IP Transit) - Remote

Overview

The Global Client Manager (GCM) is responsible for generating new revenue from the sale of high bandwidth IP transit services, focusing on transactional acquisition of new clients and managing existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving incremental revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of high-tech sales experience.
• Good understanding of global IP networks and service providers.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to prepare structured customer proposals.
• Track record of over-achieving sales quotas.
• Familiarity with technical requirements of IP transit customers.
• Experience in developing complex business solutions.
• Ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams.
