Overview

As an Associate Information Security Analyst at NTT DATA, you will ensure that clients' security infrastructures remain operational, handling incidents and requests with technical expertise.

• Monitor and resolve technical incidents in security infrastructures.
• Handle client requests and tickets within agreed SLAs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or equivalent experience.
• Experience with managed services and security infrastructure.
• Proficiency in ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
